-- Zenyer 302BS Duck egg processing line consists of Zenyer 202B egg washer and the 104B egg grader with

a capacity of 10,000 eggs/hour.

-- It designed for DUCK egg processing, and satisfied duck egg cleaning and drying requirements well.

-- Includes a water bath (for egg loading), washing and drying, grading, counting and manual collection functions,

and optional candler and UV sterilization.

-- The 202B egg washer is equipped a free standing control panel, and the 104B egg grader has a color touchscreen

control panel, they are interlock controlled with each other for safety reasons.

-- Pour the whole box or tray of eggs into the water bath, and the eggs will be transported into washing system 

through the conveyor. This loading method not only saves time but also minimizes egg cracks by using buoyancy.

Plus, eggs are easier to wash after running through a water bath.
