-- Made of strong stainless steel for great durability and hygiene. -- It designed for DUCK egg processing, and satisfied duck egg cleaning and drying requirements well. -- Includes a water bath (for egg loading), washing and drying, an optional candler, UV sterilization and a manual collection conveyor. The machine has a capacity of 10,000 eggs/hour. -- Pour the whole box or tray of eggs into the water bath, and the eggs will be transported into washing system through the conveyor. This loading method not only saves time but also minimizes egg cracks by using buoyancy. Plus, eggs are easier to wash after running through a water bath.
-- The eggs will be cleaned by brushes and with warm water (a water heater isn't included in the price, consult our representatives if there are any queries). -- Water on the eggs will be swept off by the brushes, and meanwhile the eggs themselves are dried by the drying system. The drying result can reach up to 99% depending on the environment humidity. -- Ideally,connect with the Zenyer 104B egg graderto assemble a Zenyer 302BS Duck egg processing linewith a capacity of 10,000 eggs/hour.
