Features:
-- Designed to connect to a rod conveyor leading from a chicken shed, the eggs from the chicken shed flow to the accumulator of the farm packer directly.
-- Includes egg accumulation, orientation(head turning), counting, de-nesting, automatic packing and tray stacking functions all in one.
-- Head turning makes sure the eggs are perfectly orientated with the bigger head (air chamber) on top for longer storage before getting packed.
-- Packs eggs into 5*6 trays automatically with a capacity of 30,000 eggs/hour.
-- This model of farm packer equips a de-nester which can de-nest empty trays automatically and send them
to where the eggs will drop from.
-- This system includes a ZENYER 617 robotic tray stacker. This feature automates the process of stacking egg trays into uniform piles.
Once stacked, the operator can easily collect these loaded stacks from the belt conveyor of the robotic stacker.
-- The compact size of this machine makes it a great fit for small packing rooms.
