The ZENYER 615A features two double lifter heads for fast, efficient egg handling with a capacity of up to 60,000 eggs per hour, making it ideal for high-volume operations.

Stack Tray Loading Conveyor (Conveyor 1)
Two Double Lifter Heads (Lifter Head 1 & 2)
Single Tray Conveyor (Conveyor 2)
Empty Tray Nester
Together, these components automate tray unloading, egg transfer, and empty tray stacking.
Efficient Tray & Egg Transfer
Stacks of trays (up to 6 trays per stack) are manually loaded onto Conveyor 1.
Lifter Head 1 lifts two trays at once and transfers them to Conveyor 2.
Lifter Head 2 gently lifts 2 × 30 eggs per cycle and loads them onto the grader roller conveyor, ensuring smooth and gentle handling.
Automatic Empty Tray Nesting
Once the eggs are removed, trays are automatically transported to two tray nesters for efficient stacking, saving time and labor.
Stuck Egg Detection System
Equipped with a stuck egg detector on Conveyor 2 to ensure no eggs are left behind.
If eggs remain on a tray, that tray is diverted for manual inspection instead of being stacked, preventing contamination or damage.
User-Friendly Controls
Operated via a color touchscreen and physical buttons, offering easy access to settings and diagnostics.
Includes a self-diagnosis system to quickly detect and resolve malfunctions, reducing downtime.
