The ZENYER 618 robotic egg loader is an automated system designed to efficiently transfer eggs from trays onto belt conveyors, with the capacity of 24,000 eggs/hour. This is ideal for further egg handling such as washing, grading or packing eggs that are sourced from outside farms. This compact designed loader is significantly save your space of your grading room.

 

The robotic egg loader is essential in modern egg production facilities as they significantly increase productivity and reduce labor costs. By automating the egg loading process, the need for manual labor is reduced, leading to notable cost savings. Additionally, robotic egg loaders can handle large volumes of eggs at high speeds, significantly increasing throughput compared to manual loading methods.

This system comprises a robotic arm, a belt conveyor, an HMI touchscreen control panel, and a safety net guard. Operators simply place a stack of egg trays onto the belt conveyor. The robotic arm then picks up both the egg tray and the eggs, places the empty tray into a designated storage bin, and finally deposits the eggs onto the belt conveyor. This completes one full working cycle.
