The ZENYER E-Farm Packer is a complete egg handling system with a capacity of 36,000 eggs per hour, combining advanced AI inspection and automated packing — all in one streamlined solution.

Part 1: Visual AI Shell Inspector

• Contactless, Hygienic Inspection
  High-resolution cameras mounted at the top of the cabinet inspect each egg as it rotates on the infeed rollers.
  This non-contact inspection method reduces the risk of cross-contamination and helps improve overall biosecurity standards.
  Customisable Sensitivity Settings
  Operators can adjust the sensitivity level for different defect categories, allowing the inspection process to be tailored to specific quality-control requirements.
  Real-Time Data Monitoring
  The system records and displays the number of defective eggs by day or by shed, providing valuable data to support flock performance analysis and farm management decisions.

• All-in-One Functionality
  The machine combines multiple functions in one system, including egg accumulation, orientation (head turning), counting, de-nesting, automatic packing, and tray stacking.

  Remote Monitoring & Diagnostics
