The 204A Egg Washer is equipped with a free-standing control panel.
The 109 Egg Grader features a color touchscreen control panel for easy operation and grading setup.
Both systems are interlock-controlled for synchronized and safe operation.
Flexible Egg Loading Options
Can connect directly to a rod conveyor from the chicken shed or pair with the ZENYER 615 Automatic Egg Loader, streamlining egg loading and reducing manual labor.
Advanced Packing Options
Auto-packers support 10, 12, 15, 18, and 30-egg cartons/trays.
Comes with 4 auto-packers (with the option to add more as required).
Each auto-packer handles one egg size, while the manual collection table can pack two to three sizes simultaneously for maximum flexibility.
