Features:

-- The machine frame is made of strong stainless steel for great durability and hygiene.

-- ZENYER 301AP egg processing line consists of the Zenyer 201A egg washer and the Zenyer 102BP egg grader and

can have an optional Zenyer 605A accumulator added. It has a capacity of 5,000 eggs/hour.

-- Includes sanitizing, washing and drying, head turning, grading & counting, auto packing and manual packing 

functions, and optional accumulator, candler, vacuum egg lifter, UV sterilization and an egg printer.

-- The 201A egg washer is equipped with a free standing control panel, and the 102BP egg grader has a color touchscreen control panel which are interlock controlled with each other for safety reasons.

-- The 605A accumulator has a canlding booth on it, you can check for any cracked, dirty or otherwise unqualified eggs

through the LED light by sight, and manually take them out. There is also a candling cover and mirror for better 

 candling results. 

-- This model of egg washer can satisfy any egg cleaning and drying requirements very well.

-- The auto-packer supports both the 12 and 30 egg trays/cartons.

-- One auto-packer can pack only one size, the manual collection table can pack a maximum of 2 sizes.
