Features: 

-- Made of strong stainless steel for great durability and hygiene that meets egg processing safety requirements. 

-- Is designed to break eggs and separate egg yolks and whites with a maximum capacity of 8,000 eggs/hour.

-- Ideally, connect the Zenyer 605A accumulator with the 501B egg separator, 30 eggs can be loaded at a time on the

accumulator through the Zenyer 602 vacuum egg lifter, the accumulator will direct 6 lines of eggs into 1 line and 

transfer the eggs onto the single conveyor of egg separator, making egg loading easier and more efficient.

-- Also, the accumulator has a candling booth on it, allows the user to check any cracked, dirty or otherwise 

unqualified eggs throug LED lights and pick them out manually, the candling booth includes a candling cover 

and mirror to enforce the candling results. 

-- It can be used offline, or it can be attached to an egg washer for a more productive assembly line with a capacity

of 8,000 eggs/hour. 

-- Can be used by large scale enterprises such as egg farms, bakeries, restaurant suppliers and more.
