-- Eggs are loaded onto the Zenyer 605A accumulator using the 602 vacuum egg lifter, then the accumulator will direct

6 lines of eggs into 1 line and transport them to the single row egg washer.

-- 6-row light strips are added under the accumulator and you can pick out any cracked, dirty or otherwise unqualified 

eggs through the Led lights by sight. There is also a candling cover and mirror to reinforce the candling results.

-- The proportional doser sprays sanitizer or detergent (customer provides chemicals) onto eggs automatically

for food security purpose.

-- The eggs will be cleaned by brushes with warm water  (a water heater isn't included in the price, consult our

representatives if needed). 

-- Water on the eggs will be swept off by the brushes, and meanwhile the eggs themselves are dried by the drying 

system. The drying result can reach up to 99% depending on the environment humidity.

-- Ideally, connect this machine with Zenyer 104A egg grader to assemble a Zenyer 302A egg processing line or

connect with 104B egg grader to assemble a Zenyer 302AS egg processing line with a capacity of 10,000 eggs/hour.
